1. Your offer request was incomplete.
2. You provided false or misleading information about the aircraft
3. The aircraft doesn’t meet our current purchasing criteria (out of age, condition issues, title problems, etc.)
4. A third party delayed us unreasonably (FAA shut down, complicated title searches, etc.)
