You will get a written offer by end of business the next day. No exceptions.

How We Count Business Days

Start: When we receive your fully completed offer form and you receive a confirmation email. (Offer Forms received after 3:00 PM ET count as the next business day.)
Deadline: End of the next business day
- Submit Monday morning – Offer by Tuesday end of day.
- Submit Tuesday at 3:00 PM (or later) – Offer by Thursday end of day.

To move fast, your offer request must include:

Aircraft make, model, year
N-number and/or serial number
Total time on airframe, engines, props
Basic equipment/avionics list
Your contact information
Any liens or encumbrances (if applicable)
And other important information.

What Counts as a “Written Offer”

A legitimate written fair market offer from AirMart.
Offers will include normal conditions (title search, logbook verification, pre-purchase inspection, airworthiness file review).
AirMart’s offer reflects the aircraft’s value as-is.

What If I Don’t Get an Offer Before the Deadline?

This is rare, but if we somehow miss our deadline and don’t provide an offer, you qualify for $500 by check within 30 days

You Qualify For an Offer If:

1. We receive your complete offer request with all required information, AND

2. The aircraft meets our current purchasing criteria, AND

3. You received a confirmation email

You Get Our $500 Fallback Payment If:

1. You met the requirements above, AND

2. We failed to deliver an offer by the end of business on the next business day.

You Don’t Qualify If:

1. Your offer request was incomplete.

2. You provided false or misleading information about the aircraft

3. The aircraft doesn’t meet our current purchasing criteria (out of age, condition issues, title problems, etc.)

4. A third party delayed us unreasonably (FAA shut down, complicated title searches, etc.)

Am I guaranteed to get an offer?

Yes. As long as you qualify. By end of next business day.
When does the next-business-day clock start?

When we receive your complete listing agreement & you receive a confirmation email.
What if I submit after 3 PM ET?

That counts as the next day, so your deadline shifts forward one day.
Can the offer have conditions?

Yes, typical items like condition verification and logbook review. Just to name a few.
Do I need to claim the $500 if you miss the deadline?

YES, you need to send in your request for a claim.
