Why AirMart

People are the reason we fly.

We believe our team is fundamental to our success. That's not a poster on the wall — it shows up in how we hire, how we grow people, and how we treat the folks who walk through our doors every day.

01

A real family business

Fifty-five years and still family-run. Decisions get made by people who know your name, not a boardroom three states away.

02

Aviation up close

Work steps from the ramp at Blue Grass Airport. You'll be around the aircraft, the pilots, and the deals every single day.

03

Room to climb

We back people who want to build something. Many of our team members have grown into roles they didn't know existed when they started.

04

Do it right

Integrity and safety aren't slogans here. They're the standard our customers count on and the way we expect the work to get done.
