BIO
Tate Preece is a Kentucky native who developed a passion for aviation early in life. He earned his Private Pilot License in high school and later attended the University of Kentucky, where he studied Finance and Business Management. Today, Tate holds Commercial Pilot Certificates for both Single-Engine Land and Multi-Engine Land aircraft, each with Instrument privileges.
Early Passion & Education
Before joining AirMart in 2019, Tate built professional experience across a range of industries, including heavy equipment, commercial property and casualty insurance, and real estate. Since joining AirMart, he has been instrumental in executing transactions exceeding $90,000,000 in total value and has experience flying over 35 different aircraft types.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Tate enjoys a variety of hobbies, including flying his personal plane on trips, following University of Kentucky athletics, golfing, snow skiing, and boating.
