My wife and I worked with AirMart to get our first plane so she can continue her pilot training. Tate, Jeff, Annie and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. It took us a few attempts to get the plane we wanted and they kept supporting us. My concern posting this review is that the reader may think I am related to the staff in some way and not take it as a credible source. The truth is that Sav and his team at AirMart are simply that good. They are the Ritz Carlton of the trade. Sav went so far and above on the purchase of my new to me Baron 58TC and the sale of my Baron 55 that I just can't put it into words. In addition, the process by which they escrow and register for you the new aircraft is amazing. They charge next to nothing for a service that eliminates the need to deal with the FAA for the reg. I would rather floss with barbed wire that deal with that!! Anyway, the whole process from start to finish was just classy...top notch...over the top great. Thank you Sav and your team.

My wife and I worked with AirMart to get our first plane so she can continue her pilot training. Tate, Jeff, Annie and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. It took us a few attempts to get the plane we wanted and they kept supporting us. When we visited to take a look at the plane they were great hosts, including picking us up from the gate, showing us the plane, taking my wife out on a test flight (with one of their CFIs since she hasn’t completed the license yet). All in all this was an extremely pleasant experience. Buying your first airplane is a big deal, at least to us, and we felt in good hands! We visited the AirMart operation, a great place to see multiple airplanes and models. Purchasing an airplane is a major investment, so it’s wonderful to be able to touch and sit in almost all of them before making a decision. Our sales professional, Sav Savane, knows his airplanes and seeks to help you make the right choice. Sav sold our old plane for us, and although there were some issues, he did his follow-up and guided us through the sale of our aircraft. Terrible experience with AirMart. We were looking to purchase a plane and the deal fell through, as terms were not agreed upon. After paying a $10,000 refundable deposit, we were told we’d get our money back. Around 3/15/2024, we backed out of the deal and still have yet to receive our money back. They have all kinds of excuses and reasons why we haven’t received it yet: they sent it to the wrong person, they are waiting on the check to cancel, etc. Here it is now almost THREE months later and we still have yet to receive a dime. Grant even emailed me last week, saying if the check still wasn’t there in our mailbox on June 6, 2024, he would wire it out the next day. No wire the next day and he also has not responded to any emails since then.

My concern posting this review is that the reader may think I am related to the staff in some way and not take it as a credible source. The truth is that Sav and his team at AirMart are simply that good. They are the Ritz Carlton of the trade. Sav went so far and above on the purchase of my new to me Baron 58TC and the sale of my Baron 55 that I just can’t put it into words. In addition, the process by which they escrow and register for you the new aircraft is amazing. They charge next to nothing for a service that eliminates the need to deal with the FAA for the reg. I would rather floss with barbed wire that deal with that!! Anyway, the whole process from start to finish was just classy…top notch…over the top great. Thank you Sav and your team.
