AirMart is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team.
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee aircraft projects from acquisition through delivery, with responsibility for:
Leading and developing maintenance personnel
Managing aircraft maintenance schedules and workflow
Ensuring FAA compliance and AirMart quality standards
Coordinating parts, vendors, inspections, and outside maintenance
Keeping aircraft projects on schedule and controlling costs
Working closely with our sales and acquisitions teams
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will bring 5 years of strong leadership qualities, troubleshooting expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple aircraft projects simultaneously.
Full-Time Position | Lexington, Kentucky
