My wife and I worked with AirMart to get our first plane so she can continue her pilot training. Tate, Jeff, Annie and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. It took us a few attempts to get the plane we wanted and they kept supporting us. When we visited to take a look at the plane they were great hosts, including picking us up from the gate, showing us the plane, taking my wife out on a test flight (with one of their CFIs since she hasn’t completed the license yet). All in all this was an extremely pleasant experience. Buying your first airplane is a big deal, at least to us, and we felt in good hands! Terrible experience with AirMart. We were looking to purchase a plane and the deal fell through, as terms were not agreed upon. After paying a $10,000 refundable deposit, we were told we’d get our money back. Around 3/15/2024, we backed out of the deal and still have yet to receive our money back. They have all kinds of excuses and reasons why we haven’t received it yet: they sent it to the wrong person, they are waiting on the check to cancel, etc. Here it is now almost THREE months later and we still have yet to receive a dime. Grant even emailed me last week, saying if the check still wasn’t there in our mailbox on June 6, 2024, he would wire it out the next day. No wire the next day and he also has not responded to any emails since then.

My concern posting this review is that the reader may think I am related to the staff in some way and not take it as a credible source. The truth is that Sav and his team at AirMart are simply that good. They are the Ritz Carlton of the trade. Sav went so far and above on the purchase of my new to me Baron 58TC and the sale of my Baron 55 that I just can’t put it into words. In addition, the process by which they escrow and register for you the new aircraft is amazing. They charge next to nothing for a service that eliminates the need to deal with the FAA for the reg. I would rather floss with barbed wire that deal with that!! Anyway, the whole process from start to finish was just classy…top notch…over the top great. Thank you Sav and your team.

I would never list my plane with these guys. Cooper was horrible, asleep most of the time. Made a 7% lower offer and got nothing from him then a few days later “it sold at full price” still shows for sale and hasn’t responded since. Look elsewhere.

I don’t even know where to begin…Overwhelmed was the best word to describe our self-guided several month long search for our families aircraft. Then, I was told to contact Sav at AirMart and this was the best advice could have been given. After talking with Sav about a Piper Dakota that they were representing we made the drive down to Lexington to look at the airplane. Three weeks later we were closing on said aircraft. AirMart makes the process of acquiring an aircraft anything but Overwhelming. We love our plane, and we look forward to being AirMart customers again. Awesome experience! I have bought and sold 10 aircraft and 1 glider over the years and without exception, AirMart was the best! I responded to a mailing asking if I wanted to sell my plane. I went online and responded. Within a short time, Grant Sutherlin, the President of AirMart contacted me personally. After providing him with some details and a few pictures he made me an offer that was fair and I accepted. In less then 10 days we closed and the funds were in my account. NO SURRISES!!! This is a quality operation and when I brought my plane to them I was impressed by everyone I came into contact with. A young man took me to the terminal to catch my flight and in talking with him I could tell Airmart is an exciting place to work.
