Reached out to airmart and spoke with Sav. He asked me to send pics of my plane which I did immediately. He never returned my calls or emails. Not impressed with lack of any follow up and with 5% commission rates.
My wife and I worked with AirMart to get our first plane so she can continue her pilot training. Tate, Jeff, Annie and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. It took us a few attempts to get the plane we wanted and they kept supporting us. When we visited to take a look at the plane they were great hosts, including picking us up from the gate, showing us the plane, taking my wife out on a test flight (with one of their CFIs since she hasn’t completed the license yet). All in all this was an extremely pleasant experience. Buying your first airplane is a big deal, at least to us, and we felt in good hands! I bought a plane that they were brokering. They were professional and helpful throughout. This was my first airplane purchase and they were understanding and helpful. Sav was honest in his representation of the aircraft and believed that the quality of the aircraft spoke for itself. This has proven to be the case after 80 hours of flight time, no major issues have arisen and the engine oil analysis if fantastic. Highly recommend.
We visited the AirMart operation, a great place to see multiple airplanes and models. Purchasing an airplane is a major investment, so it’s wonderful to be able to touch and sit in almost all of them before making a decision. Our sales professional, Sav Savane, knows his airplanes and seeks to help you make the right choice. Sav sold our old plane for us, and although there were some issues, he did his follow-up and guided us through the sale of our aircraft. I waited days for responses from Grant, and when I did hear back, the updates were often vague or off. It made the whole buying process unnecessarily stressful. I would recommend exploring other options.
Tate Preece & Airmart were amazing in every way selling my 1972 182P for me. I dabbled a little with selling it myself and quickly realized that my time was much better used in other capacities. Terrible experience with AirMart. We were looking to purchase a plane and the deal fell through, as terms were not agreed upon. After paying a $10,000 refundable deposit, we were told we’d get our money back. Around 3/15/2024, we backed out of the deal and still have yet to receive our money back. They have all kinds of excuses and reasons why we haven’t received it yet: they sent it to the wrong person, they are waiting on the check to cancel, etc. Here it is now almost THREE months later and we still have yet to receive a dime. Grant even emailed me last week, saying if the check still wasn’t there in our mailbox on June 6, 2024, he would wire it out the next day. No wire the next day and he also has not responded to any emails since then.
Selling an aircraft is complex, and they made it simple. My aircraft sold for full price in less than 8 hours, and they guided everyone through the pre-buy and legal matters of transferring the aircraft. Escrow service was professional and timely. I highly recommend AirMart.

The truth is that Sav and his team at AirMart are simply that good. They are the Ritz Carlton of the trade. Sav went so far and above on the purchase of my new to me Baron 58TC and the sale of my Baron 55 that I just can’t put it into words. In addition, the process by which they escrow and register for you the new aircraft is amazing. They charge next to nothing for a service that eliminates the need to deal with the FAA for the reg. I would rather floss with barbed wire that deal with that!! Anyway, the whole process from start to finish was just classy…top notch…over the top great. Thank you Sav and your team.

I would never list my plane with these guys. Cooper was horrible, asleep most of the time. Made a 7% lower offer and got nothing from him then a few days later “it sold at full price” still shows for sale and hasn’t responded since. Look elsewhere.
