My wife and I worked with AirMart to get our first plane so she can continue her pilot training. Tate, Jeff, Annie and the entire team were very friendly and helpful. It took us a few attempts to get the plane we wanted and they kept supporting us. When we visited to take a look at the plane they were great hosts, including picking us up from the gate, showing us the plane, taking my wife out on a test flight (with one of their CFIs since she hasn’t completed the license yet). Terrible experience with AirMart. We were looking to purchase a plane and the deal fell through, as terms were not agreed upon. After paying a $10,000 refundable deposit, we were told we’d get our money back. Around 3/15/2024, we backed out of the deal and still have yet to receive our money back. They have all kinds of excuses and reasons why we haven’t received it yet: they sent it to the wrong person, they are waiting on the check to cancel, etc. Here it is now almost THREE months later and we still have yet to receive a dime. Grant even emailed me last week, saying if the check still wasn’t there in our mailbox on June 6, 2024, he would wire it out the next day. No wire the next day and he also has not responded to any emails since then.

My concern posting this review is that the reader may think I am related to the staff in some way and not take it as a credible source. The truth is that Sav and his team at AirMart are simply that good. They are the Ritz Carlton of the trade. Sav went so far and above on the purchase of my new to me Baron 58TC and the sale of my Baron 55 that I just can’t put it into words. In addition, the process by which they escrow and register for you the new aircraft is amazing. They charge next to nothing for a service that eliminates the need to deal with the FAA for the reg. I would rather floss with barbed wire that deal with that!! Anyway, the whole process from start to finish was just classy…top notch…over the top great. Thank you Sav and your team.

I dealt with Sav since March finding me an airplane to purchase. The customer service from the beginning was outstanding. The hospitality he provided for myself, my wife and my 4 year old son was above and beyond when we went to see the airplane we purchased. Truly a great buying experience. From sales to closing the deal. We were so lucky to have found Airmart to sell us our airplane. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again. Wish could give more than 5 stars!

As soon as I taxied to Air Mart, two young men along with Tate were there to meet me. The two men started getting the wings clear of bugs. I was impressed, everyone was professional courteous. Tate kept me updated and my aircraft sale was completed and hassle free. I will recommend Tate and Air Mart given the opportunity. thanks again.

I would never list my plane with these guys. Cooper was horrible, asleep most of the time. Made a 7% lower offer and got nothing from him then a few days later “it sold at full price” still shows for sale and hasn’t responded since. Look elsewhere.

First class outfit selling top notch airplanes. My salesman Tate was a total professional and easy to deal with. All the paperwork was a snap and all done online ahead of time. I don’t even know where to begin…Overwhelmed was the best word to describe our self-guided several month long search for our families aircraft. Then, I was told to contact Sav at AirMart and this was the best advice could have been given. After talking with Sav about a Piper Dakota that they were representing we made the drive down to Lexington to look at the airplane. Three weeks later we were closing on said aircraft. AirMart makes the process of acquiring an aircraft anything but Overwhelming. We love our plane, and we look forward to being AirMart customers again. If you’re feeling like you are barely treading water in your aircraft search, give AirMart call and they will find your the aircraft that fits your mission.
