Two transactions completed in the same week! One aircraft sold to a flight school in Australia – Airmart knows how to efficiently handle international sales. This was my first Aircraft purchase and with the market plays in force made the decision to purchase from the States and import to Australia a rather attractive one. I had been through a difficult time trying to sell a plane myself a few years ago, so when it came time to sell my 1983 206 amphibian I was curious about using a broker. I responded to an AirMart ad and thought their pricing was very fair. I knew it would be beneficial, especially considering that they really seemed to understand the market much better than I did. Shortly after signing the agreement they showed up in Seattle at no additional charge and very carefully photographed the plane. No sooner did they run their ads than we got really good prospects. The bottom line was that I believe I got top dollar for my plane. Any and all paperwork, log and STC issues, (there were several given the age and history of the plane), were handled by them much more efficiently than I could have......to the satisfaction of the buyer. I am not sure at all that I could have gotten the price I was able to get on my own. And they handled everything incredibly professionally! On top of that they were really nice to work with!

It is hard to put in a few words that EVERYONE at AIRMART did a AWSOME JOB !!! I have been looking to upgrade from my Cessna 150. I had just about given up on finding a Cessna 182 that was in my budget and In good condition. I have been looking for months. Adam Mabry had helped me on several occasions when I called about many other planes that were in my budget. Just not that Cessna 182 I really wanted. He was always professional and quick to respond. Which I have come to realize that is the service that everyone gives at AirMart. I had looked on the website earlier in the day just as I have done for months prior. Then I was eating a late meal and checking the site again that evening, and there it was... MY 182! Sav was the listing agent so I called him on his cell because it was late and after hours. My wife said it is too late who are you calling! I told her it is about a plane. Sav answered the phone right away. He was quick with the tail number and details. I told him that I had been working with Adam however that I called him direct because I did not see the plane that morning. He informed me it was just listed late that afternoon and that he had two different people had been sent purchase agreements. He further explained that AirMart does not except bidding and honors all inquiries in the order received. However that he would place me in line if I sent him a detailed text that night and IF the other people did not send in their purchase agreements by the next morning as they were informed to do. I sent Sav my detailed text complete with intent to purchase only needing a purchase agreement. The next morning Sav called with Adam on a conference call and informed me that Adam would be my Representative. Then Sav said those Magical WORDS.... the other people had not sent in their agreements, so I was next in line. I Said YES AND while on the conference call we got the Purchase agreement sent in and the Cessna 182 was mine. Buying an Airplane involves some help. Adam is a PRO. He directed me to an honest repair facility for a Pre-Buy Inspection. When I came to Lexington Adam picked me up as I walked out of the Terminal. His office overlooks the runway at LEX so he watched as my American flight as it landed. He showed me around the office, and I got to meet Sav who is also AWSOME! We went straight over to see the plane. I am not signed off to fly a 182 yet. No problem Adam is a Pilot and a good one I might add. He grabbed headsets and a writing pad from the desk. Preflight, Attis , Ground for Taxi, then Tower. We are Airborne. The Cessna preformed beautifully. Closing on the purchase went just as expected, Annie at AirMart made sure of that. Annie is also Awesome. It gets better. Adam sets up the delivery of my plane to Texas. Steve the Pilot who delivered my Plane was also Awesome. In the plane were the logbooks in a nice custom bag compliments of AirMart. May I close this GREAT EXPERIENCE with a BIG TEXAS THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT AIRMART. This was a TEAM effort!!

I have had the desire to pursue flying for many years and took some lessons a few years ago and then let life get in the way of finishing. I decided I was going to finish up my ratings once and for all, but I wanted to purchase a plane to get my ratings and build time in.
